The Fall

Photobucket

The Fall is one of my favorite movies. It takes place in1920 and follows a little girl in a hospital who is enchanted by the elaborate stories told to her by a bed ridden man.

The little girl is adorable as can be, and Lee Pace is...well...

*sigh*

It's not a light film, but I think it's really beautiful. It's on Netflix streaming right now, and I'd highly recommend checking it out if you like visually bold and emotional stories.

Oh my goodness! I love this movie...well, not so much the movie. I like movies like this and The Cell on in the background while I work and I can just randomly watch all the beauty parade across screen. The costumes/headpieces are EPIC :) Great recommendation!

I love films that are bitter sweet, they have such a beauty to them. I'd rather a tear jerker over a rom-com any day!
Thanks for the recommendation :)

This movie looks beautiful. We're hunkering down for the hurricane so I will have to add this to our queue.

You had me at Lee Pace. You will always have me at Lee Pace. I may actually see that stupid Twilight movie for Lee Pace.

What an interesting, soulful sounding film. I've not encountered it before, but will be checking momentarily to see if Neflix Canada has it (they only have a small fraction of the movies that are available on the US version). If not, I'll add it to my "must watch" movie list and hunt down a copy elsewhere. Thank you for introducing me to this movie, I'm very excited to see it one day.

Such a beautiful movie to look at you. You feel a part of the adventure and hurt when the characters hurt.

Lee Pace is so dreamy. I think I cried actual tears when Pushing Daisies was canceled.

I've seen this one, partly at least. Can't remember where, hotel room maybe. Think I missed the beginning and canät remember how it ended either :) Perhaps it's available on Netflix over here too, should check out!

It might be a destiny!
